Bella Wedding AI is a LISTING PLATFORM ONLY. We do NOT employ, verify, endorse, screen, or guarantee ANY vendor in our directory.
- Some vendors self-register and provide their own information
- Some vendor listings are sourced from publicly available business data (such as Google Places and vendor websites) and have not been verified by the vendor
- We do NOT conduct background checks
- We do NOT verify licenses, insurance, or credentials
- We do NOT inspect quality of work or visit business locations
- We CANNOT guarantee any vendor is legitimate, licensed, or qualified
- YOU are solely responsible for vetting any vendor before hiring
1. Directory Purpose
Our vendor directory is designed to help couples discover and connect with wedding professionals. Vendor listings may come from vendor self-registration or from publicly available business information sources. A vendor's presence in our directory does not constitute an endorsement by Bella Wedding AI.
2. Vendor Information Sources
Information displayed in vendor profiles may come from the following sources:
- Vendor-provided: Vendors who have claimed their listing provide their own business name, contact information, services, pricing, portfolio photos, and descriptions
- Publicly available data: Some listings are created from publicly available business information (such as Google Places) including business name, address, phone number, website, category, and hours of operation
- Vendor websites: Contact information may be sourced from vendors' own publicly accessible websites
We do not independently verify the accuracy of any vendor information, regardless of its source, and cannot guarantee its completeness or truthfulness.
Claim or Remove Your Listing
Are you a vendor listed in our directory? You have the following options:
- Claim your listing: Create a free vendor account to manage your profile, respond to bride inquiries, update your information, and add photos. Visit bellaweddingai.com/auth/register and select "Vendor" to get started.
- Request removal: If you do not wish to be listed in our directory, email us at vendors@bellaweddingai.com with your business name, and we will remove your listing within 5 business days.
- Request corrections: If any information in your listing is inaccurate, email us at vendors@bellaweddingai.com with the correct information.
You can also report issues with any listing by clicking the flag icon on the vendor's profile page.
3. "Claimed" Badge - What It Does NOT Mean
Profile Claimed Only - NOT Verification
If a vendor displays a "Claimed" badge, this ONLY indicates they have created an account and claimed their profile on our platform. This means:
- The vendor signed up and created an account
- Email address was confirmed
- They have access to manage their profile
A "CLAIMED" BADGE DOES NOT MEAN:
- We have verified their business identity or legitimacy
- We have confirmed their business license is valid or current
- We have verified their insurance coverage
- We have conducted any background check
- We have reviewed their work quality or portfolio authenticity
- We have visited their business or met them in person
- We recommend or endorse them in any way
- They are qualified, skilled, or suitable for your needs
YOU MUST conduct your own independent verification of ALL vendors before hiring, regardless of badge status.
4. Performance Badges - Data-Driven, Not Endorsements
Understanding Performance Badges
Bella Wedding AI displays performance badges on vendor profiles based on objective, verifiable metrics from couples who have used their services through our platform. These badges are earned automatically - we do NOT manually verify vendors.
Badge Criteria (Objective Metrics Only):
- New Vendor: Recently joined the platform (no completed weddings yet)
- Established: 1+ completed weddings with 4.0+ average rating from couples
- Trusted: 5+ completed weddings with 4.5+ average rating from couples
- Top Rated: 15+ completed weddings with 4.8+ average rating from couples
- Expert: 30+ completed weddings with 4.9+ average rating and 95%+ response rate

- Badges reflect data and feedback from couples, not our opinion
- Badges are calculated automatically based on objective metrics
- Badges do NOT represent Bella Wedding AI's endorsement of any vendor
- Badges do NOT guarantee future performance or satisfaction
- Badges do NOT verify licensing, insurance, or legal compliance
- Badges do NOT indicate we have reviewed their work or met them
- Past performance reflected in badges does NOT predict future results

Badges are provided for informational purposes only to help you compare vendors based on historical data. Always conduct your own research and due diligence before booking any vendor.
YOU are solely responsible for evaluating vendors, regardless of their badge status.
5. Your Due Diligence
Before hiring any vendor, we strongly recommend:
- Verifying licenses and certifications required in your area
- Checking references and reading reviews from multiple sources
- Requesting proof of insurance
- Meeting with vendors in person before signing contracts
- Reviewing contracts with a legal professional if needed
- Confirming pricing, availability, and cancellation policies in writing
- Checking with the Better Business Bureau or similar organizations
6. How Payments Work (When Booking Through Platform)
Secure Payments Through Stripe
Bella Wedding AI uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Here's how it works:
Payment Schedule:
- Retainer (30–50%): The vendor picks the deposit percentage per booking (slider between 30% and 50%). The couple pays this immediately when accepting the quote, securing the date.
- Remaining Balance: Auto-charged from the couple's saved card 30 days before the event date. If the event is <30 days away, 100% is due upfront.
- Deposit Payout to Vendor: Released ~48 hours after the deposit clears so the vendor can buy supplies.
- Final Payout to Vendor: Released at midnight of the event day.
Booking Status Flow:
For Couples:
When the vendor accepts your booking, you pay a deposit (30-50%, set by the vendor per booking). The remaining balance is automatically charged to your saved card 30 days before the event - no action needed on your part. If your event is less than 30 days away, the full amount is due upfront. Vendor receives the deposit payout to their bank in ~48 hours and the balance payout at midnight on your event day.
For Vendors:
When you accept a booking, you set the deposit percentage (30-50%) per booking. The couple pays that deposit immediately, and the balance is auto-charged from their saved card 30 days before the event. For short-notice bookings (less than 30 days to event), 100% is due upfront in a single payment. Your deposit payout releases to your bank in ~48 hours so you can buy supplies; your final balance payout releases at midnight of the event day.
Important Platform Disclaimers:
- Marketplace Only: Bella Wedding AI is a marketplace platform and is NOT a party to vendor-client contracts
- Not Escrow: We are NOT an escrow agent, bank, or payment institution. Payments are processed by Stripe
- No Dispute Mediation: We do NOT provide dispute resolution services and do NOT determine dispute outcomes
- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are independent businesses solely responsible for service delivery, contracts, refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Warning: If you pay vendors directly outside our platform (cash, Venmo, check, etc.), you have NO payment protection. We cannot help recover funds for off-platform payments.
7. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews and ratings on our platform represent the opinions of individual users. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and cannot confirm that reviewers actually used the vendor's services. Reviews may be removed if they violate our guidelines or are suspected to be fraudulent.
8. No Agency Relationship
Bella Wedding AI is not an agent for any vendor. We do not participate in negotiations, contracts, or payments between you and vendors (except for payment processing if offered). Any agreement is solely between you and the vendor.
9. Disputes
If you experience issues with a vendor found through our directory:
- Contact the vendor directly to resolve the issue
- Leave an honest review of your experience
- Report serious concerns to us at vendors@bellaweddingai.com
- Contact local consumer protection agencies if needed
- Pursue legal remedies as appropriate
10. Limitation of Liability
NO LIABILITY FOR VENDORS
BELLA WEDDING AI HAS ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY VENDOR. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Quality, safety, legality, or suitability of vendor services
- Accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of vendor-provided information
- Vendor availability, reliability, competence, or performance
- Vendor licensing, insurance, bonding, or legal compliance
- Background, criminal history, or character of vendor personnel
- Disputes, disagreements, or conflicts between users and vendors
- Vendor fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
- No-shows, cancellations, or breach of vendor contracts
- Property damage, personal injury, or any harm caused by vendors
- Financial losses from payments made to vendors
- ANY damages whatsoever arising from your interaction with vendors
BY USING THIS DIRECTORY, YOU AGREE THAT ALL VENDOR INTERACTIONS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU RELEASE BELLA WEDDING AI FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO VENDORS.
11. Reporting Concerns
If you encounter a vendor engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior, please report them immediately to vendors@bellaweddingai.com. We take these reports seriously and may remove vendors who violate our policies.
