Important Legal Notice
Please read this agreement carefully. By using Bella Wedding AI, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court. You are waiving your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
1. Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Bella Wedding AI agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if they qualify.
2. Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.
3. Arbitration Rules
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be:
- Conducted by a single neutral arbitrator
- Held in a location convenient to you or conducted remotely
- Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act
- Limited to your individual claims against us
4. Arbitration Fees
For claims under $10,000, Bella Wedding AI will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees. For claims over $10,000, fees will be allocated according to AAA rules. Each party will bear their own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law.
5. Informal Resolution First
Before Initiating Arbitration
Before filing for arbitration, you must first try to resolve the dispute informally:
- Send a written Notice of Dispute to legal@bellaweddingai.com
- Include your name, contact information, and description of the dispute
- Describe the resolution you're seeking
- Allow 60 days for informal resolution attempts
6. Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by:
- Sending an email to legal@bellaweddingai.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject
- Including your full name and email address associated with your account
- Clearly stating your intent to opt out of the arbitration agreement
If you opt out, you may still use our Services. Opting out will not affect any other provisions of our Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
8. Legal Venue
Jurisdiction
For any disputes not subject to arbitration (including small claims), you agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in:

9. Exceptions
This arbitration agreement does not apply to:
- Claims for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of our Services
- Claims related to intellectual property infringement
- Small claims court actions within the court's jurisdictional limits
10. Limitation Period
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
11. Severability
If any part of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement will be null and void.
