- • Communicating professionally with vendors and guests
- • Uploading photos and content you own or have permission to use
- • Providing honest reviews of vendor services
Prohibited Activities
- • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward any user
- • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
- • Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
- • Spamming vendors or other users with unsolicited messages
- • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- • Attempting to hack, scrape, or interfere with our systems
- • Using the platform for any illegal purpose
- • Reselling or redistributing our services without permission
Content Guidelines
Photos & Media
- Only upload photos you own or have explicit permission to use
- Do not upload copyrighted images from photographers without permission
- Wedding photos that include other people should have their consent
- No inappropriate, violent, or adult content
Reviews & Comments
- Be honest and fair in your reviews
- Only review vendors you have actually worked with
- Focus on factual experiences, not personal attacks
- Do not post fake reviews (positive or negative)
- Vendors may not offer incentives for positive reviews
Messaging
- Keep communications professional and respectful
- Do not send spam or unsolicited promotional content
- Do not share personal contact information in bulk
- Report any inappropriate messages to our team
AI Features (Bella AI & Smart Input)
Acceptable AI Use
- Using Bella AI to assist with wedding planning tasks
- Generating creative content (vows, toasts, hashtags) as starting points
- Getting vendor recommendations and planning suggestions
- Using Smart Input to add guests, timeline events, and budget items
- Personalizing AI-generated content before use
Prohibited AI Use
- Attempting to bypass AI usage limits through automation or scripting
- Using AI to generate spam, fake reviews, or misleading content
- Submitting harmful, illegal, or inappropriate prompts
- Using AI-generated content to deceive vendors or guests
- Reselling or redistributing AI-generated content commercially
- Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer AI system prompts
AI Content Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. Bella AI provides suggestions, not final products. Always personalize vows, toasts, and other content to reflect your authentic voice.
Vendor-Specific Guidelines
- Provide accurate business information and pricing
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Honor bookings made through the platform
- Do not misrepresent your services or qualifications
- Maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Vendor AI & Smart Input Guidelines
Acceptable Vendor AI Use
- Using Bella AI Smart Input to create timeline events, budget items, and tasks for assigned weddings
- Submitting guest list additions via the Approval Hub workflow
- Using AI chat for planning advice and coordination
- Creating items that are within your scope of services
- Respecting bride decisions when submissions are rejected
Prohibited Vendor AI Use
- Submitting spam, duplicate, or irrelevant items to overwhelm the Approval Hub
- Attempting to access AI features beyond your subscription tier limits
- Using AI to create misleading budget items or inflated costs
- Submitting items for weddings you are not authorized to work on
- Using AI chat to solicit personal information from brides outside the platform
Approval Hub Workflow
All items you create via Vendor Smart Input are submitted to the bride's Approval Hub. The bride must explicitly approve each item before it's added to their wedding data. Respect this process — it protects both you and the couple by maintaining clear records of who created what.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content Removal: Removal of offending content
- Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted
- Permanent Ban: Account termination for serious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: For illegal activities or significant damages
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@bellaweddingai.com or use the Report button on any content. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
